Driven by a belief in the art and science of selling, Mike Boyle moved from a career in sales to start a business in Sales Training in 1999. Since this time he has used his knowledge and experience to produce a proven process that transforms business', teams and individuals.
He noticed that given the right kind of innovative learning, presented in a supporting and focused environment, it is possible to create an organisation where anyone can reach their potential. The recruitment and retention of true sales talent is also a key pillar of business success. Our philosophy is anchored in our core values which is why we chose the name Banjar.
Banjar is the Balinese word for communalism and incorporates their values, community, rules and alliances. Tight solidarity and strong social ties within the Banjar make it the centre of most village social and economic activities. We believe that our business can offer the same strong ties and support to all clients to improve their sales and business skills.
