Sales Development Programs
This three day program provides the opportunity for an organisation to step back and focus on the Sales Vision, Sales Strategy and Sales Actions of their business.
Mike spends one day with the key stake holders understanding the business, its vision, direction and sales situation. From this position of knowledge this key management group will develop their own basic Sales Strategy and Management Technique; covering Sales Vision, Sales Story, Sales Strategy and Sales Philosophy. The outcome will be the formation of a new sales position for the business. Sales Competence for your team will be considered and any gaps identified. From here a new sales culture for the organisation will be formed and thus shared with the whole sales team over the next two days.
Days 2-3 provide an opportunity for an organisational sales team to roll up their sleeves and spend time designing and confirming their sales focus and strategy. This developmental program will expose sales professionals to relevant and valuable tools, models and techniques. A mix of experiential and classroom learning makes these 2 days the essential foundation for achieving sales growth and team cohesion.
