Organisational Base CampsThese programs are designed to unite the sales and business teams under the common goal and vision of an organisation. Often with a strong sales/sales management bent, these programs utilise a wide variety of training techniques and practises. Likened to a journey from Base Camp to the summit of Mt Everest, participants get to plan and pack the tools, techniques and skills they need to make a successful ascent to their sales/business summit. Over a number of days Banjar Group will work with attendees to realise the steps required to meet the set goals and prepare the team with the tools, strategies and techniques required to achieve them. Experiential and outdoor activities form a significant component of these programs. 'Challenge by choice' opportunities are provided to encourage effective teamwork and 'outside the box' experiences.
