The following 20 years have provided him with a wealth of experience in Sales, Sales Management & Marketing roles culminating in the establishment of his company, Banjar Group. Mike’s focus is on “the facilitation of sales excellence” through equipping his clients with the vision, skills, tools & plans to ensure sales effectiveness & professional fulfillment.
Nick has extensive experience in sales, both in direct business development & with managing sales teams. During his time managing a diverse sales team Nick identified a need to further develop the skills & capabilities of the sales staff. Nick has completed numerous qualifications at both vocational and postgraduate levels. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Psychology as well business qualifications in Management, Leadership & HRM. Nick's research interests include innovation & emerging leadership practices.
