UK - 21 September 2012Once again Mike travelled to the UK to present at the annual Mindshop Conference 2012.
Held in the historic city of Edinburgh, Mike's presentation, Selling into SpACE - How to win work in any climate, explored the opportunities presented to us when we sell beyond our product or service. When we know our clients so well we can help them become 'superstars' and shine the light on the their requirements for future success. Mike took attendees through a process to develop their strengths in the current climate and identified the latest levers to sales success. He helped identify the core activities that provide momentum and how to understand the motivation of modern customers. Don't just sell more stuff - sell the value of the problem you solve. |
